DUCK

D-2 Basil Duck
Hot, medium, or mild. Baked boneless Long Island duck, diced and sautéed with onion, bell pepper, fresh garden basil, and special house pepper sauce with fresh garlic.

D-3 Royal Duck
Sauce is medium hot. One half, baked, boneless Long Island duck, deep fried and garnished with tasty broccoli.

D-4 Curry Duck
